Primary:
1. Responsible to provide domain training to candidates as per model curriculum of training program.
2. Contribute in creation of training modules for best delivery of training.
3. Explain complex process using simple language to candidates.
4. Use innovative training methodology for training of the candidates.
5. Be able to provide both theoretical and practical domain knowledge to participants of training program.
6. Conduct of assessment and evaluation of candidates as per SOP guidelines.
Secondary
7. Contribute in the management and execution for the projects – Mobilization to Placement.
8. Any other training related task as assigned by Senior Management.
Qualification
ü Graduate with experience in Retail Store Operations or Sales or Training
ü Interpersonal Skills
ü Ability to disseminate knowledge
ü Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned
with audience profile
Skills Required
ü Basic Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet
ü Excellent Domain knowledge. Both theory and practical.
ü Good Presentation Skills, Training Delivery Skill
ü Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level
ü Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyse and meet operational deadlines
