II. JOB PURPOSE
The role holder will be responsible to groom the job seekers and make them ready for jobs within India & abroad. Especially the 1st time Job Seekers by playing a key role in improving their English communication & overall grooming of personality. The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for Communication & Personality Development.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Engage in conducting and evaluating pre and post diagnostic IELTS tests to determine the most suitable level for students.
· Plan and deliver a variety of IELTS and English language lectures and tutorials which focus on the four key skills: listening, speaking, reading & writing.
· Teach classes focused on IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/OET tests and other English language proficiency tests.
· Conduct and grade practice tests and assignments.
· Marking and monitoring student’s work through regular assessment.
· Conduct regular progress reviews and provide individual feedback to students throughout the course to improve the English language proficiency of the learners.
· Flexibility will be required in order to meet centre requirements.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The applicant must have
A Graduate degree with minimum 5 years of experience in teaching
IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/OET/English language courses
or
Master’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in teaching
IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/OET/English language courses
A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA qualification from a recognized institution (certificate level or above) will be an added advantage.
