Profile : Assistance Operation Manager

Qualification : Graduation

Experience: 1-2 years

Salary : 30k to 40k

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assistant operations manager provides quality support to the operations management office to ensure company’s operations goes smoothly

2. Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.

3. Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.

4. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.

5. Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
