Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers on call and provide information about LiveSkills Global courses, explaining their benefits and how they can boost their career.
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns about our courses.
- Understand customers needs and recommend relevant courses that align with their professional goals and interests.
- Stay updated on LiveSkills Global's course offerings, prices, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Use clear and persuasive communication skills to generate interest in our courses and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our courses, using calls and emails to encourage them to enroll.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance your sales and marketing approach.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.
Requirements:
- 12th or Graduate and equivalent qualification with 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or marketing, will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to engage potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales and marketing strategies and customer preferences.
