Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Liveskills.
- Identify target markets and customer segments for e-skilling programs.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and content marketing.
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on data analysis and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging visual assets.
- Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in the e-learning or edtech industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to drive marketing innovation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for the e-learning industry and a desire to contribute to the company's mission.
