I. JOB PURPOSE
Understanding the manpower Requirements Sourcing the relevant profiles from various External Sources (referral, portal, campus, and contact conversion). Screening the sourced profile and taking face to face interviews of candidates in pipeline. Lining up candidates according to the parameters and Requirement Interview coordination Achieving and exceeding the set Hiring targets Coordinating with the Stakeholders. Must be good in Negotiation Skills Must have done bulk hiring. Willing to come with a target oriented area in terms up completion of hiring given for a month. Managing coordination, mass hiring, and initial screening.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement effective, results-driven sourcing plan that address our current and future mass hiring needs
- Leveraging Social Media & Social connect, alumni, volunteers, Internet Recruitment / hiring, Referral Programs , Job Fairs, Telemarketing Campaigns, On Campus drive for Talent Sourcing/ mass recruitment
- Profiling of the candidates for Skilling in line with Corporate Staffing Needs
- Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure readily available candidate population based on anticipated needs
- Create and maintain effective business relationships to facilitate on-going knowledge of changing business trends. Understand business priorities and has ability to articulate the vision to potential candidates and screen against this for right fit
- Constantly seeking out and reviewing industry and category specific best practices, processes and systems to leverage opportunities
- Conducting initial screening process according to the organization specifications and requirements
- Relationship management with key stakeholders makers external as well as internal
- Building and nurturing a high performing Team
- Digitalization of HR processes
- On-boarding of candidates – handholding, feedback
- Employee lifecycle management – offer generation till Exit
