Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Key Accounts Manager to join our team at JustJob, a leading job portal in India (justjob.co.in). As the Key Accounts Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain relationships with our key employers and recruiters. You will ensure their satisfaction and success on our platform by providing excellent customer service, guidance, and support.
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate employer registrations based on our guidelines and approve or disapprove them accordingly.
· Welcome approved employers and recruiters through welcome calls, emails, and sending tokens of gratitude.
· Onboard and orient employers/recruiters about the various features available on JustJob, including providing guidance on how to effectively post jobs.
· Reach out to eligible candidates via email and phone calls to encourage them to apply for available job positions.
· Coordinate with the Rural BPO team for any mass calling requirements.
· Act as the primary point of contact for employers/recruiters on behalf of JustJob, addressing any queries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent 2-3 years of experience).
2. Proven experience in key account management, customer service, or sales roles.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
6. Familiarity with the job recruitment industry and job portals is a plus.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
8. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
