I. JOB PURPOSE
JustJob is a leading online job portal that connects job seekers with employers and provides a platform for efficient recruitment processes. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Sales & Marketing. As an Executive Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for educating recruiters and employers about the various features and benefits of using JustJob. You will also play a vital role in tracking the progress of user organizations, proactively reaching out to new and prospective recruiters, and analyzing data to improve our services.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Educate recruiters and employers:
- ·Understand the features and benefits of JustJob thoroughly.
- ·Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to educate recruiters and employers about the various features and functionalities of the platform.
- ·Clearly communicate how JustJob can streamline their recruitment process and improve their chances of finding the right candidates.
Track user organization progress:
- Monitor the performance and progress of user organizations on JustJob.
- Analyze key metrics and provide insights to optimize their recruitment strategies.
- Identify areas where user organizations can improve their recruitment process and offer suggestions for enhancement.
- E-mail and call awareness to new/prospective recruiters:
Develop and maintain a database of potential recruiters and employers.
- Proactively reach out to new and prospective recruiters via email and phone calls.
- Present the benefits and advantages of using JustJob to attract and retain top talent.
- Track the inflow of job seekers and employers and analyze inputs:
Monitor the influx of job seekers and employers on JustJob.
- Track and analyze data related to job postings, applications, and user engagement.
- Provide regular reports and insights on trends, user behavior, and market demands.
Presentation and reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations showcasing the effectiveness of JustJob's features and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and materials.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
