II. JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Employee Communication Intern position at Vision India is to support the development and implementation of effective internal communication strategies. The intern will play a role in engaging and informing employees across the organization, fostering a sense of unity, understanding, and alignment with company goals. Through various communication channels and initiatives, the intern will help create a positive and engaging work environment, strengthen employee relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in employee communication and contribute to the growth and success of Vision India Services Pvt Ltd.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and understanding of company goals.
· Create engaging content for internal communication channels (newsletters, intranet, emails).
· Support coordination of employee events, town halls, and meetings.
· Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
· Conduct research on industry best practices in employee communication.
· Assist in maintaining internal communication tools and resources.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging.
· Provide general administrative support to the team.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Pursuing a degree in Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite and digital communication platforms.
· Basic understanding of employee communication principles.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Self-motivated and proactive.
