Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter at LiveSkills, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and hiring talented professionals to join our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualification Required:
- Has a degree majoring in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Literature, Journalism, or other relevant disciplines
- Experience with social media, journalism, blogging, digital marketing, corporate communications, and/or content writing required
- Ability to write creatively in English
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Researching and writing high-quality content for all social media platforms, website content, etc.
- Optimising content for search engines using keywords, meta tags and other SEO techniques
- Collaborating with other teams like designers and developers to align content with the company’s brand
- Measuring the content’s success by tracking KPIs like website traffic and conversions
- Creating and executing a content calendar
- Reviewing, editing and proofreading content
- Making design and content changes to existing deliverables based on best practices and industry standards to improve effectiveness.
