Job Description: For the first time in the world Medi Assist has taken the initiative in having a full time Care Coordination activity. As Care coordinator you would meet the patients during their course of their admission at the network hospital. You would visit them as their own relative or friend who would visit. Talk to them to establish “I am here because I care for you”.
The view point is “as a TPA our role in the Insurance sector is as a moderator and the whole setup is there for the patient, who is looking towards signal free healthcare highway. We as a TPA are in touch with Hospitals, Corporates, Insurance Company, etc. on daily basis. But we do not have any contact with the end-user, the Consumer, by whom, for whom and of whom this system is functioning”.
The customer should think of Medi Assist even beyond hospitalisation. In the long run patient should think “Healthcare = Medi Assist”.
You would talk to patients, their relatives and ease their suffering and also get their feedback on our services. Secondly, we take feedback from the Hospital on our services and help them with resources to take care of our customer.
