I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and delivering training programs: The data entry operator & Tally Operator trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that cover the fundamentals of data entry, including keyboarding, data formatting, data entry procedures, fundamentals of accounting, Tally software installation, and usage.
- Developing training materials: The trainer must develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, and presentations to support the training programs.
- Conducting training sessions: The trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions, either in-person or online, to teach individuals the skills necessary to perform data entry tasks, Tally software and perform accounting functions using it.
- Evaluating trainee performance: The trainer must assess the trainee's performance during the training program to determine if they have gained the necessary skills to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Providing feedback: The trainer must provide feedback to trainees on their performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas that require improvement.
- Monitoring progress: The trainer must monitor the trainee's progress and provide additional support or training where necessary.
- Updating training materials: The trainer must keep training materials up to date and revise them as necessary to ensure they are current and relevant.

- 2 years of work/training experience with respect to QP/Occupation
