I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and delivering training programs: The trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that cover the fundamentals of digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Developing training materials: The trainer must develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, and presentations to support the training programs.
- Conducting training sessions: The trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions, either in-person or online, to teach individuals how to develop and implement digital marketing strategies effectively.
- Demonstrating digital marketing techniques: The trainer must demonstrate various digital marketing techniques and best practices, such as keyword research, ad copywriting, and social media posting.
- Evaluating trainee performance: The trainer must assess the trainee's performance during the training program to determine if they have gained the necessary skills to develop and implement digital marketing strategies effectively.
- Providing feedback: The trainer must provide feedback to trainees on their performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas that require improvement.
- Monitoring progress: The trainer must monitor the trainee's progress and provide additional support or training where necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends: The digital marketing trainer must stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate any changes into the training programs.
II. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Digital Marketing. He should be able to communicate in English and local language. He should have knowledge of equipment, tools, material, Safety, Health & Hygiene.
