JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to find a dynamic and experienced General Manager, Growth, who can lead and drive the growth strategy of the JustJob business. The General Manager, Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing effective growth strategies, identifying and exploring new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. They will work closely with the leadership team to set ambitious growth targets, analyze market trends, and develop innovative solutions to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth in a highly competitive market and possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Develop and implement effective growth strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
ü Identify and assess new business opportunities to capitalize on opportunities.
ü Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
ü Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
ü Ensure proper data sanitization and use in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
ü Work with the product team to create and improve products and identify areas for innovation.
ü Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
ü Develop marketing and branding strategies to increase brand awareness and generate revenue.
ü Monitor and report on growth metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team and stakeholders.
V. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Overall industry experience
10-12 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
