Job Purpose
Work with customers and a variety of internal teams in sales, marketing, software engineering, operations, and support Subject matter expert for all Aeris connectivity products, communicate value proposition and demonstrate the Aeris platform and services to customers Assist global sales teams in closing connectivity opportunities by providing end-to-end IoT expertise beyond the Aeris connectivity product lines Advise sales teams regarding cellular IoT hardware and modules Consult with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities Identify customer needs and requirements then tailor solution to meet customer needs, support trials and proof of concept activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Work with customers and a variety of internal teams in sales, marketing, software engineering, operations, and support
2-Subject matter expert for all Aeris connectivity products, communicate value proposition and demonstrate the Aeris platform and services to customers
3-Assist global sales teams in closing connectivity opportunities by providing end-to-end IoT expertise beyond the Aeris connectivity product lines
4-Advise sales teams regarding cellular IoT hardware and modules
5-Consult with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities
6-Identify customer needs and requirements then tailor solution to meet customer needs, support trials and proof of concept activities.
7-Understand customer usage of platform to drive service improvements and customer adoption across Aeris
8-Act as technical escalation point regarding service performance, identify technology improvements that could result in upsell opportunities
9-Own and drive technical issues to resolution during customer evaluation and onboarding periods
10-Contribute to the development of technical documentation for customers and internal teams

Qualification
1-Track record of building and managing high performance teams.
2-6+ years of technical experience with an emphasis on technical sales support for cellular IoT hardware or connectivity
3-Technical leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
4-Ability to solve customer problems in a collaborative manner
5-Experience presenting to customers at all levels - engineering to C level
6-Deep knowledge and expertise in cellular IoT hardware and radio modules
7-Experience with hardware certification process - PTCRB/FCC
8-Broad knowledge of cellular networks LTE/CDMA/GSM
9-Understanding of 3GPP standards and cellular call flows
10-Expertise with AT commands and device troubleshooting
11-Knowledge of IoT applications end-to-end
12-Strong familiarity with the following: IoT messaging and IP protocols MQTT/CoAP, IP protocols TCP/UDP, Device scripting, various programming languages (such as JavaScript, C, Python, etc.), API integration, Web service communication protocols REST and SOAP, and IP network concepts
