JOB PURPOSE:

Job Discription:
a) Support in implementing the Employee Engagement initiative across the organization by actively participating in various employee development and engagement activities.
b) Supporting the functional team in development and delivery of internal as well as external communication plans and materials.
c) Reward & Recognition program in the organization
d) Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures.
e) Responsible for proper and in time communications, events and engagement plan.
