Job Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers, making Cold calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with SAP & AWS product and service information and updates.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
- Create new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
