Qualification: MBA
Experience: 5+ years Exp. (GCC exp. will be preferred.)
Salary: AED 6000 - 8000 per month i.e. INR.1,33,816.94 to 1,78,422.58INR 1,33,816.94 to 1,78,422.58 per month

Working Hours: 48 Hours per week ( Monday - Friday)

Jobs Roles & Responsibilities:-
1.Manpower Forecast, Monitor, Manage records and documentation
* Accountable for handling resources and ensure 100% utilization of entire work force as per the Dry Docks contract.
* Plan and organize staff requirements to ensure availability of resources for short-term & long term, permanent & temporary per contract-based requirements and ensure all processes are followed based on SOPs, KPI’s and HSE regulations.
* Monitor the day to day duty of staff activities, prepare / monitor Schedule/Roster for deploying staff and maintain annual leave plan, liaise with team on all related tasks for better service and value to the client and identify any potential shortfalls/excess staff and find out appropriate solutions for client requirement including events.
* Update LINE Manager & HR for manpower status on a daily basis to control short/excess staff. Ensure manpower is planned effectively in order to control overtime and reduce using staff working on day-offs.
2.Planning & Safety
* Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable solutions based on requirements and site conditions.
* Follow up, spot checks on-going activities for quality control; coordinate the definition of an appropriate monitoring system for the staff with the appropriate plans of follow-up indicators, Update indicators to LINE for achievements, activities and results according to the SOP.
3.Team Work and Communication
* Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with the internal and external stakeholder. Communicate with LINE Manager, Peers, or Subordinates, provide information to LINE Manager and co-workers in the written form. Work effectively with sales team in order to provide/maintain continuity of customer relations and deliver efficient service
4.Mobilization and Supervision
* Responsible to plan, prepare, mobilize manage, and communicate as one point of contact for physical manpower services milestones with implementation for both short-term & long term, permanent & temporary, follow up with team until the new unit is fully handed over to the client and recommend solutions to control manpower shortages and excess.
5.Client Relationship Management / Report
* Develop and maintain healthy relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include client’s new requirement request and existing contract updating and support. Manage client meetings.
