II. JOB PURPOSE
Incumbent should be able to design, coordinate, and deliver effective training programs for our organization. As the Training Coordinator, he / she will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering training programs, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Identify training needs and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
ü Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online learning modules.
ü Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring that they are engaging, informative, and effective.
ü Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as needed.
ü Maintain accurate training records, including attendance and evaluation data.
ü Collaborate with internal departments and external training providers to source training materials and resources.
Conduct ongoing research on training trends and best practices to ensure training programs are up-to-date and relevant.

V. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications & Skills required
· Bachelor's degree in education, training, organizational development, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, Ed. Tech company, Skill Development or HR / Training Organization
· Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
· Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
· Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
