Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing a company’s content strategy, as well as creating its deliverables and for research content and consumer trends, and create content for a variety of businesses. This role requires outstanding skills in cross-functional collaboration, clear, action-oriented communication and an ability to influence without authority.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to fulfill Specific Client requirement.
- Continuous Finetuning of Content based on feedback.
- Design & Implement Assessment.
- Trainer booting on content.
- To design, develop, manage and maintain learning programs.
- Analyze metrics to identify additional training opportunities.
- Making design and content changes to existing deliverables based on best practices and industry standards to improve training effectiveness.
- Create Assessment tools to measure the knowledge of the learner at the end of the training, engagement of the class and performance.
- Seek training evaluation and feedback to continuously improve training programs and material.
- Collaborate with other departments on content creation.
Knowledge and Skills;
- Strong Communication skills and Understanding of instructional design and performance management principles.
- Ability to recognize and communicate training and non-training performance opportunities.
- Adept at working within constraints including but not limited to aggressive deadlines, changing requirements and limited resource availability.
- Self-driven, motivated to help and able to perform with supervision in a team environment.
- Ability to create and develop content on various profiles in sync with the industry trends.
