Job Purpose:
Responsible for identifying training requirements and mapping out training plans and schedules. Also, Designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs. Also develop and conduct training activities and educational programs to help the candidates to learn new skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Trainee Attendance and Batch scheduling.
- Trainer Feedback & Efficacy.
- To Ensure Training hygiene.
- To arrest Absenteeism & Attrition.
- Automate all the training related dashboards.
- Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in Training Outcomes, forecast and strategy planning as needed.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Assist the candidates with the training administration issue/E-mail.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.
- Hands-on-experience coordinating multiple training events and sessions in a corporate setting.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle ( assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Experience with E-learning platforms.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Should have a Strong Communications skills.
