Job Purpose : The role holder will be responsible of to take care of MIS, HR Operations, Court Legal Works and End to End Administration and Vendor Management.
Key Role & Responsibilties :
- Prepare the regular MIS (Weekly, Monthly, Annually) as per the requirement.
- Arrange assets (laptop, mobile, PC, SIM etc.)
- Making Offer Letter and Employment bond, wherever applicable.
- HRMIS Portal onboarding and sharing credentials with employee.
- Email ID creation and sharing credentials with employee.
- Maintaining employee file, ID Card, business card, Bank letter, Bank Account Opening Etc.
- Payroll Making - Form 11, CTC, Aadhar and PAN.
- Map working hours and Attendance
- Appointment letter - creation, acknowledgement and filing.
- Track and coordinate monthly appraisals / Incentive if Any
- Managing All kind of E&E Activity
- Letters related to day-to-day operational activities like Transfer, Promotion and salary revision letter.
- Taking Care of NDC/ Full and Final Input.
