ü Enquiry/Lead Generation
· Primary Responsibility is to generate enquiries and convert them in sales
· Acquiring good knowledge of local commercial vehicle Market In Order to achieve the targeted sales volume
ü Field Visits
· Field Visits as per plan shared by the respective DSM,
· Meeting with potential and existing customers and Providing them transportation solution with VE products In Order to develop and enhance brand image w.r.t target audience.
ü Liaison with Financers
· Support customers in vehicle financing and making good rapport with financers In Order to secure the support for customers in terms of financing
ü Feedback and Report
· Sharing enquiries with DSM, providing feedback of hot enquiries and day to day sales activities In Order to be compliant with the sales processes and adherence to Udaan system
ü Achievement of Sales target and Pipeline
· Achieving sales target provided by DSM and keep pipeline ready for new customers In Order to create and maintain the pipeline
ü Customer Support and Product Knowledge
· Providing detailed description of product to customer, do the needed analysis and suggest the best product In Order to increase customer satisfaction
ü Promotional Activities and Cold Calling
· Execution of promotional activities in the area allocated (e.g. Loan Mela, Demo, Campaign, Customer meet etc.)
· Cold calling of referred customer and existing customer In Order to increase market share and increase customer base
