Job Purpose;
The role holder will be responsible to contribute to Employee Engagement in the organization by playing a key role in implementation of Employee Engagement, Employee Communication and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work on Employer Branding. Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies via Social Media and Digital Marketing
The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for Talent Engagement.

Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the organization by implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
Experience in area of Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding Delivering the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee Productivity & retention.
Supporting the development and delivery of internal as well as external communication plans and materials.
Implementation Reward & Recognition program in the organization
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.
Responsible to implement communications, events and engagement plan.
Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, CSR
Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Event Management
Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow.
Lead marketing & brand building campaigns to ensure a higher brand recall for VISPL.
