The role holder will be responsible to drive Talent Engagement in the organization by playing a key role in the development and implementation of a new engagement strategy, Employee Communication and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work on Employer Branding. Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies via Social Media and Digital Marketing
The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for Talent Engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic:
ü Drive the end to end Talent Engagement to ensure high productivity & Retention in the organization. Strengthen Vision India’s brand prominence in the industry.
ü Create an Engagement gateway for the Vision India & its clients.
Operational:
ü Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the organization by
conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
ü Experience in area of Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding
ü Developing and delivering the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of
activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee Productivity & retention.
ü Leading and supporting the development and delivery of internal as well as external communication plans and materials.
ü Lead on the development and implementation of new engagement platform, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications.
ü Driving the creation of an employee brand and a more consistent ‘look and feel’ for Teach First internal
communications.
ü Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the
Organizational Development Index.
ü Build and maintain effective relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.
ü Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan.
ü Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility, Manager),
Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Event Management
ü Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and
procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow.
ü Lead marketing & brand building campaigns to ensure a higher brand recall for VISPL.
Financial:
ü Ensure adherence to the operating budgets & subsequent rationalization in cost, improvement of profitability.
ü Evolving Revenue stream planning, standalone profitability for the vertical.
ü Functional inputs to F & A team for Book keeping, closing & compliances.
People:
ü Hire, Engage & Retain Talent
ü Oversee capability building for the team and mentor and groom high-potential team members.
ü Close coordination with other functions & teams ensuring adequate alignment & enablement to the team’s requirements.
