Job Profile : The role holder will be responsible to create & grow a revenue line for the organization by active fulfillment of the Overseas Talent Acquisition assignments. The incumbent would work on backward & forward integration model, not limited to, scoping the overseas talent opportunity, pick & choose the preferred markets, identification of existing & new talent sources, institutionalize tie-ups to create a talent pipeline, evolved understanding of the talent hiring practices & procedures to ensure a robust fulfillment & an improved revenue.
The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for talent acquisition.
Key Responsbilities:
Strategic:
ü Drive the end to end operations of the overseas talent acquisition vertical to ensure growth & evolution as a significant revenue stream for the organization. Strengthen Vision India’s brand prominence in the industry.
ü Create a talent gateway for the Skill certified talent coming out thru VISPL’s Skill vertical.
Operational:
ü Create & institutionalize the relevant process framework for overseas TA business. Compliances & registrations to ensure VISPL’s participation in all the opportunities.
ü Scope the market opportunity & the allied revenue stream to finalize the focus market for VISPL.
ü Scan the talent sources with details of the quantity & quality of talent pool.
ü Create alternate talent pool for the relevant positions to ensure unhindered supply of candidates for the roles in the focus markets. Institutionalize tie-ups & MoUs with prospective talent sources.
ü Utilization of the functionalities available with VISPL’s captive Job Portal www.justjob.co.in . Ensure database sanity, ease of access and retrieval and processing of the data base thru the portal.
ü Create, cascade & deliver aggressive budget numbers, MoM to ensure standalone profitability of the vertical.
ü Create and manage a blend of diversity in the positions & markets to insulate the business from the changes in the economies in a particular region.
ü Sustain & grow candidate bench strength for immediate fulfilment of vacancies/positions at a lower cycle time.
ü Create a KPI driven performance dashboard for the vertical, Self, Team, Partners & all stakeholders.
ü Automation – Own up the design & integration of the automation of functionalities & tools required to deliver for the respective vertical.
ü Analytics & MIS for the vertical – Periodic & evolving. Data centric dashboard. Statutory reporting, as applicable.
ü Support other hiring initiatives, as necessary for VISPL ensuring adequate utilization of the bandwidth/competence.
ü Lead marketing & brand building campaigns to ensure a higher brand recall for VISPL.
Financial:
ü Ensure adherence to the operating budgets & subsequent reduction in cost, improvement of profitability.
ü Continuous reduction in cost of hire / client / role.
ü Evolving Revenue stream planning, standalone profitability for the vertical.
ü Functional inputs to F & A team for Book keeping, closing & compliances.
People:
ü Recruit & hire the requisite talent for the team.
ü Create & manage a Pay for Performance culture, create incentive plans enabling the team to improve their earnings thru higher contribution.
ü Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
ü Oversee capability building for the team and mentor and groom high-potential team members
