The role is to design and develop content for various skill development, e-Skilling, capability building and education project in close coordination with the Growth as well as Capability Building team with the following Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing the content in line with National Skill Quality Framework and also aligning this with industry needs
2. Customizing the content for digitalization
3. Designing, developing and implementing assessment of candidates for skill development and employment projects
4. Standardization of educational, skilling, digital and social media contents
