JOB PURPOSE
Responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, overseeing our hiring processes and managing employee life cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Talent Acquisition
a. Understand Client Requirement, JD & Field Sourcing
b.Tie Up with ITI’s, Skill Development Centres, Employment Exchange, Various Institutes
c. Build Recruitment Partner Network, E-recruitment channels, referrals etc
d. Create Data Base Repository of Candidates & Institutes for TA Requirement
e.Line up & Interview Scheduling
2.HR Operations
a. Ensure Joining & Timely collection of required Documents
b.On boarding of Candidates and make them familiar with Organisation, Culture, Dos & Don’ts, Manager / Supervisor & Peers
c. Daily Attendance collection and update on VIS E – Portal
d.Awareness & Ensure 100% VIS Employee App download and usage at associate level
e. Attendance & Leave Collection and get it verified from HR & maintenance of the records
f.Get Invoice Prepared from VIS Back end Team and Submission at Client End
g. Reimbursement Collection, Calculation, Approval from Client, Invoicing and Payment
h.Follow Up with Client for Payment
i.Timely distribution of ID cards
3.Grievance Management & Reduce Attrition
a.Connect with Employees at regular Intervals and Resolve their Grievance
b.Employee Engagement and Fun Initiatives with support of client
4.Exploring business Opportunities for Staffing.
5.HRMIS, Statuary & Compliance Management
a.Sanitised HRMIS as per daily inputs
b.Ensure Readiness of various Statuary & Compliance documents like wage register, Register of Deduction, Register of Fines, Register of Advances, Register of Over Time, PT Challans, LWF Challan, PF & ESIC Records maintenance
6.Implementation of Industry Best Practices – Setting & replicating.
7. Training Delivery (Applicable with NEEM Clients)
8.Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization
