ü Mobilization of students for various Skill, Employment and CSR project and suggest trade post profiling and in adherence with Standard Operating Plan specified in project guideline
ü Relationship Management with government departments, Schools, ITIs, colleges, Employment Exchange, Public representatives, Local administration and likes for educating them on various values prepositions, we offer in the sphere of Education, Employability & Employment.
ü Manage the team, delivering operations management in classroom as well as online through Vision India’s E-Skilling platform www.liveskills.in
ü Placement of Skilled candidates in coordination with Local / Corporate placement team
ü To ensure adequate talent pool readiness for various open positions in Staffing Business
ü MIS & reporting in line with given SOP
ü Quality Assurances in line with Standard Operating Procedure
ü Executing Corporate Social Responsibility in the assigned terrain
