Responsibilities :
1) Support our operations team by reporting the task completion to the stakeholders on time.
2) Assist in validating, data tagging, and providing ad hoc support across various quality processes.
3) Complete the tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the deadline.
4) Assist the other auditors of our team in completing the tasks within the given deadline.
5) Send a report to the Quality Manager for day to day activities .
6) Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed while tagging the data as per the given SOP.
7) Demonstrate prompt and effective communication skills.
8) Demonstrate an understanding of various text and call related quality metrics
9) Help the team identify various issues in the call center processes
10) Demonstrate good problem solving skills to develop solutions to any problems or deficiencies identified during the audit process.
Requirements :
1) Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA in International sales or marketing campaigns.
2) Must have knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session and Dip Check.
3) Available for full-time work from home.
4) Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Google sheets etc.
5) Have good Written and Verbal command in English.
