Inventory and Purchase Reporting and Audit
• Maintain General Ledger
• Regularly Generate and Analyze Inventory Reports
• Monitor Cost of Raw Materials
• Diagnose the Cause of Inventory Variance Tax and Compliances
• Tax documents, returns, and payments.
• Compliance on all applicable tax Billing
• Coordination with Site Engineers for daily progress work & documentation
• Understanding the billing & documentation requirements various ongoing projects
• Updating the documents on online billing software
• Timely submission of Bill & follow up for payment receivable
• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or miss matched payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
• Execute LMC installation work is being carried out as per finalized Route/drawing/specification.
