1. Budgeting and Planning:
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
Establish enough prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans.
Detailed knowledge of market region including prospective opportunities in all target markets.
Do a regular market research.
Develop annual gas sales plan for input into the annual business plan.
Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers.
To provide input for preparing budget target for marketing activities.
To prepare quarterly and monthly planning along with DMA in order to achieve targets.
To plan registration activities in new area in co-ordination with project team.
Planning & deployment of DMA Executives in order to achieve daily/weekly/monthly registration targets.
Planning & Directing focused customer growth in Industrial & Commercial segment.
Plan & Organize regular customer meets for all the segment viz-a-viz Domestic, Industrial and Commercial.
Develop branding and marketing strategies for target audiences of PNG/CNG Segments by devising effective campaigns.
2. Marketing:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on gas sales and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Register new customers across all segments.
Prepare Technical Survey report in co-ordination with Project team to ensure technical feasibility of the customer.
Co-ordination with HO for regular review of gas price in comparison with other conventional fuels.
Organize campaigns for PNG & CNG.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Achieve agreed upon registration targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Communicate & Build strong relationships with customers.
DMA Contract management.
On call verification, creation of B.P, Contract Account and Security Deposit update.
3. Data Management:
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
To ensure daily verification, approval and uploading of Registration forms.
Maintain data for on call verification, creation of B.P, Contract Account and Security Deposit.
Registration form upload in SAP.
Maintain Customer data base.
Maintain report and record of Customer meets/marketing campaigns.
Ensuring daily updating of DPR.
To prepare related data and backup plan for contract closure.
