The Partnership Business, India Vertical at Greenlight Planet is one of the leading revenue generator globally for Greenlight Planet and we work with the Leaders in MFI industries Like BFIL, Ashirwad Microfinance, Fullerton etc. We have a dynamic team of Business Leaders, ZSM’s, RSM’s, AM’s & ASE’s who work closely with the Partners both on and off field.
What you would be expected to do:
The Zonal Sales Manager works as an entrepreneur, determining company objectives and partner priorities and applying strategic initiative to achieve common goals.
Key responsibilities-
- Manage relationships with senior leadership and middle management at partner organizations. Solve problems, motivate, and establish himself/herself as a trusted adviser.
- Lead the field support team comprising of Associate Sales Manager, Area Managers and Area Executives to accelerate partners' on-ground performance through local activation, training and problem-solving activities.
- As new channel partnerships emerge, work closely with the partner's management and Greenlights teams to rapidly drive activation plans and execution.
- Develop, implement and drive incentive plans for various levels at the partner organizations to increase sales.
- Coordinate with Greenlights operations, marketing and finance teams to serve partner needs.
- Plan and forecast sales in tandem with the partner organizations.
- Represent the company at various events to increase the pipeline of partners.
- Implement tracking mechanism for the field teams through the Sun King application.
- Deliver on aggressive growth, revenue and P&L targets
Requirement-
- Is an MBA in Sales and Marketing from any of the Leading Business Schools
- Has 5+ years’ experience in sales (preferably B2B) and developing distribution channels in rural markets in East India
