Responsible for providing quality training, Theory and Practical:
Introduction to BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry and Organizational Policies & procedures Overview of IT-ITeS industry and willing to take up a desk -based job with long hours.
Responsible for resolving queries and customer cases over web -chat or email.
Customer handling skills (QRCs & objection handling) Manage teamwork to meet requirements.
Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment Demo CRM training, Deal remotely with customer queries - Domestic).
Good communication, presentation skills, Behavioral, professional and technical skills.
Reports, MIS & Documentations.
Daily Attendance, Dossier update, Batch Health Report, Mobilization, Placement etc.
Monitoring and keeping proper track and records of lab equipment’s and lab consumables.
Technical Knowledge
Should possess knowledge of different type of BPO industries and customer management.
Should have ability to manage objections and complaints .
