Key Responsibilities
1. Budgeting and Planning:
Plan and prepare safety training calendar.
Plan and prepare mock drill schedule.
Plan and develop safety guidelines.
To provide input of annual HSE Budget for preparing budget
2. Responsibilities:
Conduct health and safety inspections at sites and prepare reports of all the operations.
Conducting Job safety analysis & Safety survey at site.
Fault tree analysis, event tree analysis use for Root cause analysis.
Daily PPE compliance, unsafe act, unsafe condition monitoring at site.
On the job and classroom training provided to employee.
Accident investigation of accident and dangerous occurrences and make CAPA.
Work permit system implement at site.
Hazard identification & Risk assessment.
Leading in safety committee meeting.
Monitoring of TBT circle and compliance of TBT at site.
Behavior based safety implementation at site.
Motivational programs organized at site.
Celebration of safety day, road safety week, fire safety week, environment day.
Firefighting training with fire extinguisher to employee and securities.
Coordination in maintenance of firefighting equipment, First-Aid box at sites.
Conducting fire & safety mock drill
3. Data Management:
Work permits records
Incident reports
Near miss reports
Monthly MIS
Toolbox Talk
Qualification, Experience & Other Requirement
Full time Bachelor Engg. Degree (Fire / Fire & Safety Engg.) or Graduate engineers with PG in safety from NFSC, Nagpur /CUSAT, Cochin or equivalent course from AICTE recognized / other recognized Colleges / Deemed University.
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Fire & Safety
Skills Required
Strong Data orientation
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Works well under pressure
Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyze and meet operational deadlines
Willingness to take on sustained Site Work, Ethics & Moral values
Have good communication skills.
Language capabilities in English, Hindi & preferably local language
