JOB PURPOSE:
Respond to customer enquiries about technical problems through an Internet- based system, telephone calls & Email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interaction with customer for briefing general / technical feature of the applications.
2. Co-ordination with customer, supplier and internal stake holders for customer related queries and issue resolutions.
3. Customer support for Mobile App downloading.
4. Customer onboarding and training for effective use of application, features enablement
