Key responsibilities for this role would include the following –
- P & L accountability for the Staffing, Skilling, E-Skilling & Advisory Services Business & to deliver the AOP. Grow Revenue across all business lines and sustain the profitability.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting systemic improvements to achieve the company's marketing ambitions.
- Acquire, train, coach and manage the marketing and sales teams to meet the AOP on revenue and the Brand quotient.
- Establish effective interface with intrinsic operations – Customers, Technology, Content developers and Market intelligence. Ensure that all internal departments are market-focused and meet expectations of the sales force and client services
- Product Strategy, create a go to market plan with robust product offerings designed to cater to the complex markets & customers through a dynamic product portfolio, upgrades to the offerings towards delivering an aspirational brand, which meets customer needs.
- Manage relationship with stakeholders & drive exceptional sales execution through the team
- Create a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities, motivates & celebrates high performance amongst team members
Key performance indicators for the role would include the following –
- Sales Volume, Growth & Market Share for standalone businesses.
- EBDT of the businesses
- Total Lines sold: Revenue growth across evolved & nascent business lines.
- Branding & Marketing Blueprint & execution.
- Customer acquisition Strategy: New Products, Extraction from current products
- Innovations: Brand, Products, People & Processes
The role would directly report to the COO and be based in the Noida office in Delhi NCR.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements –
- Education from a reputed Business School; The Experience should be around 10 years, having managed a technology startup.
- High-performing executive with a strong aptitude to materially grow this business
- Marketing/ strategy credentials – exposure to digital marketing initiatives.
- Mind-set and resilience to do the right things and set the course for results in this business to show up in the medium-to-long term
- Experience in similar products categories will be beneficial
