1. Purpose:-
The role holder will be responsible to own up his individual & professional roadmap in Sales & Marketing,
learn the aspects of Sales & Marketing management including Product & Services presentation, driving
sales, managing customer Life cycle management, Marketing management. The role holder will
demonstrate initiative to operationalize the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy by
fulfilling functional demands across the area of control. The role would involve exposure & hands on
experience of all the facets of Sales & Marketing.
The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger
mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality
quantity mix for Digital sales.
2. Key Responsebilities:-
Sales
Designing and implementing sales / business acquisition plans for company services.
Representing organization at various forum & making presentation on various services
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
MIS & reports.
Marketing
Conducting market research on competition products & services.
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
