B tech in Elec/C&I/Mech/Electronics Engg with 2-3 yrs or Diploma in Elect/C&I/Electrnonics Engg with 5 yrs+
1.Monitor Chargers 24X7 for issues and uptime
2.Handle customer queries & complaints
3.Raise tickets and follow up for rectification of issues with charger and platform
4. Notify customer after resolution
5. Update FAQ documents
6. Coordination with OEMs/service providers to update FAQ & resolution process
7. Prepare MIS related NOC operation.
8. Report fake information and alert concerened teams
