Key Skills:
Able to solve all Desktop related Problems.
Able to Solve all Server and network related Problem.
Having knowledge of active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.
Having knowledge of Routers, NAS etc.
Knowledge of Asset management.
Knowledge of CCTV Camera will be preferred.
ERP Knowledge also preferable.
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring Computer Software, Printers and Antivirus.
Monitoring and maintaining Systems and Updates.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Replacing Computer equipment as necessary by Approval from MD.
