 Age Limit:18-37 years

 Introduction to Housekeeping
 Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language
 Effectively communicate-verbal/non-verbal
 Exhibit Appropriate etiquette and conduct
 Prepare for performing housekeeping operations manually (floor, wash-and rest-room)
 Clean furniture, fittings and other vertical surfaces manually
 Clean floors, toilets & bathrooms manually and replenish supplies
 Clean pantry and canteen area
 Maintain area neat and tidy
 Collect and dispose waste properly
 Identify and avoid Work hazards and practice safety
 Report, record and prepare documentation
 Working with others
 Health & Safety at the workplace
